Room Rate Information
  • $229 single/double occupancy.
  • Check-In: 4 p.m.  Check-Out: 11 a.m.
  • Rates applicable three days pre/post conference based on availability.
  • Cancellation without penalty up to 72 hours of check-in.
  • Rate includes fitness complimentary access.
**Cut-off date to make reservations is Tuesday, September 30, 2025. After this date, the room rate is based on hotel availability and occupancy.

Ground Transportation
New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is 18 miles (14 minutes by car) from the InterContinental New Orleans. The Hotel does not offer shuttle service to or from the airport. Here are several ground transportations options:

  • Ride Share Apps – Ride app services pick up passengers outside of Level 1 Baggage Claim on the middle curb.

  • Trenasse – Settle in for a more refined evening at Trenasse, our signature restaurant that opens to St. Charles Avenue. Savor fine Cajun Creole cuisine with contemporary flair and uncork a bottle from an international wine list. Relish a variety of local oysters from our Char Grilled Oyster menu section, including our house specialty Oysters InterContinental, served seared with Champagne butter and grated Romano cheese.  Hours: Lunch Daily: 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Dinner Daily: 3-10 p.m.
